Pickup day in this area of Ward 2 for garbage, recycling, yard waste and
appliances, etc. is on Tuesday. |
 |
Garbage should not be put out on the curb before 7:00 p.m. on Monday. However,
to prevent raccoons and other wildlife from tearing garbage bags, please wait until Monday morning
to put garbage to the curb. |
 |
Appliance pickup must be arranged one week in advance by calling the Region
of Peel Wasteline at (905) 791-9499. A fee of $15 for the first item
and $10 for each additional item applies. |
 |
Bulky items, such as furniture, rugs, televisions, microwave ovens, and
mattresses, may be put out for regular pickup on your regular collection day. |
 |
All
household hazardous waste, such as barbecue propane tanks, full or partially full paint cans,
pesticides, motor oil, or anything toxic, corrosive, flammable or explosive, must be taken to one
