Christmas in Clarkson - Tree Lighting Ceremony,
Chartwell
Baptist Church, Lakeshore Road West, Clarkson Village. As part of the 200th
Anniversary celebration, Clarkson will have its first annual Christmas tree lighting
ceremony. The event, sponsored by Enersource and the Clarkson BIA, will feature
Christmas carols and a visit from Santa. Free hot chocolate provided by Tim Hortons
(bring your own mug). Please bring a non-perishable food item donation for the
Compass Food Bank. |

Clarkson Village Historic Walking Tour,
2:00 p.m. start. Meet in front of Wowy-Zowy. Sponsored by the Friends of the Museums
of Mississauga for Clarkson's 200th Annniversary. This tour will be conducted once
each month until the end of the year to celebrate 200 years of life in Clarkson. |

Christmas Bazaar, St.
Paul's Anglican Church, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the church hall at 1190 Lorne Park
Rd. Tables of crafts, gifts,
decorations, new & used, will be for sale as well as baking, lunch, games room,

Photos with Santa & Carolling in Birch Glen. Come
to the children's playground in Birch Glen Park at 4:30 p.m. to have your photo
taken with Santa Claus, then join Santa and our resident carollers for a stroll
through the neighbourhood to sing Christmas carols. Dress warmly and be prepared to
sing. |

"Festival of Lights" & Christmas Decorating
Contest. Judging of displays of lights
and decorations throughout Birch Glen will be made over the Christmas/Holiday
